Cindy Sherman

I searched Cindy Sherman's work from online, and it pop out a lot her works. Each of her works present interesting back grand, and meaning to everyone. The one post is one of her image which made me interested.

She has been traveling another country for a long time, and she decided to go back to her hometown after ten years. However, when she has just arrived on her land, she was surprised that her town has changed a lot and the people weren't familiar as what she thought, because her old friends all left her to explore their own journey at a new place. Therefore, she tried to find a way to relieve her loneliness, she needs to meet some new friends. At this moment, she's thinking a way to meet some new friends, and a way to adapt the new lifestyle in her precious hometown.

Contemporary Artist

It was great oppotunity to learn the difernce between Morden art and Contemprary art. Also I learned a lot from the presentation that we did last time. I could learned some of artist who are totally different from my culture. The picture I post is painted by Yasumasa morimura who I presented in the class.

AIC reflection

It was a great opportunity for visiting AIC because we can see some real famous arts which export from other countries, and we can feel what is real art. Another advantage of visiting AIC is, for some people they only can see some art work by the textbook, but we can study art by looking at real art work.

Art Loop Reflection

It was my first time to know that there are some arts which are opening around downtown area. I went Macy one with Stela, Bomin, and Geramain. It was nice to visit there because you can not expect what kind of art is that.

MCA reflection

It was my first time to visit MCA, and it was very good experience to see some arts which were made be visual life's tools. Moreover, I could know some artist such as Kristi Lippire, Jason Middlebrok,and Nathan Carter. I would like to visit there again if I have chance.

Reflaction of House of blues.

It was my second time to visit House of blues. The first time,when I visited there, I was just hanging around with my friends, and listening a rock musics. I had a lot of fun at that night. but the time I visited house of blues with my art classmates, i realized that house of blues is not just a bar, but also it is the house of art collections. An art I felt amazing was the one which combing bin cap together. It is just Awesome!!!

Tour trip on the boat

It was my second time to ride a boat in Chicago. The first time I ride was last summer in the navy pier, and I was there because there were party going on, so I didn't take sometimes for looking at the Chicago views. However, last Wednesday I went to my second boat trip with my dear art classmates. It was amazing to go to boat trip because I could learn more about the Chicago's architectures.

Beauty of The Chicago's Architecture view

Chicago is one of the famous architecture city for visitors. when I visited Chicago at first time, I was a Visitor because I wanted to look around the U.S, and see which city is the best place for studying. My first impression of Chicago was COLD because I came here in winter.However, I'm in Chicago now because I fall in Love with Chicago NIGHT view.

Chicago Cultural Center reflaction

It was my my first time to visit Cultural Center in downtown. Even thought I visited some of culture center here, downtown one is the best. the picture that I put is the roof of the center. It is amazing and marvelous because I have never seen such a hug and designable roof in my life.
